But with all these preparations a good skin care regime is very important because it is what is natural and will reflect through makeup. Therefore, the easiest preventive action is to apply sunscreen before going out but the sunscreen available in markets are filled with different chemicals that may affect your skin. You can go for even simpler home remedy to get rid of sunburn. As soon as you reach home slice a tomato into two halves and rub them on your face. Tomatoes are well known for their benefits for skin as it contains Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6 that makes your skin healthier. In addition to this tomatoes also contain lycopene that is an extraordinary antioxidant that works as depigment for skin and treats sun tan.

Even and Hydrated Skin:

If you will apply makeup on a dry uneven skin your makeup will soon appear flaky. Therefore, it is recommended to exfoliate your skin twice a month because your skin cells have a natural life of 28 days and after that they must be removed and exfoliation helps with it. However exfoliation has many other benefits for skin like it increases the blood circulation making it healthy and minimizes pores that help in avoiding skin breakouts. You can prepare your own exfoliator by using 1t spoon rolled oats powder with 1tb spoon of honey. Apply it and message gently and rinse. The oat granules will help in exfoliating skin and honey will hydrate it.

These sleepless fun nights and hectic days may cause under eye circles and puffiness which you can treat easily by using used tea bags. Tea which contains caffeine, tannins and anti – oxidants is preferably more effective in vanishing under eye circles. Anti-oxidants work as an anti-inflammatory which sooths the eyes and reduce the puffiness and tannins in the tea helps to lighten the dark circles.  Save the used tea, before applying simmer it in warm water for 2 minutes, squeeze the water out, place it over your eyes for 10 minutes before sleeping, rinse and sleep.

Coconut Oil – Feet Care

Therefore plan a proper feet care regime. Just before a week of your wedding you can get smooth and soft feet by washing it at night and applying tea tree oil with some carrier oil and sleep with it.
