It’s Father’s Day and this time I was stress free about what to get my Father all thanks to Kiehl’s.
Possibly one of the best gifts I’ve ever given my dad, considering the fact that he doesn’t actually like gifts. But thanks to Kiehl’s I got to gift my dad some very fab skin care products.
So, my father is the kinds who won’t let me spend my money on him and would rather ask for gifts that ‘money can’t buy’. But I was proud to be able to gift him some really fine skin care products this Father’s Day. I think he was just happy to see his blogger daughter doing so well.
But enough of the personal rant. Here’s a quick post of what was in the Father’s Day Gift Box from Kiehl’s. This gift box also made me realise how we have totally ignored skin care as gifting options for men.
Before I start let me tell you that Skincare is as important to men as it is to women. I’m not advocating the men to go and beautify themself everyday but good home care is essential. With all the shaving, men have rather rough skin that needs to be smoothened and soothed. And with age, exposure to the sun, dust and pollution let’s just say there is more damage happening to their skin than women’s skin. So, we should definitely encourage our men to do some basic home care for their skin. And let’s start considering men’s beauty products as good gifting options (aren’t we all always confused what to gift our men!?)

Out of all the products my personal favorite and rather apt product was the Kiehl’s Age Defender Power Serum. For my dad’s aging skin it’s essential. Although the men don’t care as much about wrinkles, but at least using one anti-ageing product will definitely slow down the skin aging process. I mean doesn’t it break your heart to see your old man actually looking old!?
In fact I was quite impressed by the huge range of products that Kiehl’s has for men and its definitely worth a try. I’m sure the men will not be disappointed! Buy less but buy good skin care 🙂
